The Inn on the River Hotel Reviews in Pigeon Forge

We traveled to Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament with the families of 11 baseball players. Barbie assisted me with securing a block of rooms for our group during a very busy weekend (Rod Run) in Pigeon Forge. She also kept in touch so that I could monitor to make sure everyone had a room reserved in our group. Misty and Sara were extremely pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. The breakfast options were wonderful and everything was clean and well kept. It is also located in a very convenient location on the Parkway and within walking distance of many restaurants and activities. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Parkway is loaded with attractions and hotels here so I chose comfort for my wife and was well rewarded. The Inn is a tranquil hotel – not a big name one so although it is on Parkway it is quiet and quite peaceful. Breakfast is first rate and large – no skimping here. Rooms are also lovely and the Jacuzzi perfect after marching around PG for a day. Our weather could have been better so did NOT see the outdoor firepit which I really wanted to sit by. Rain and damp, cold. So although not a big name place, quite fine indeed.

This is by far the best experience in Pigeon Forge if you're looking somewhere to stay. Not only do they not nickle and dime for you every single thing. But the rooms are extremely clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are awesome. We had a free breakfast every morning and popcorn at night, which my kids loved. They are within walking distance of great restaurants, attractions, and sights to see. Walking along the river was a beautiful experience.

We can’t say enough about this place! The Inn in the River is everything and more with a Christian atmosphere. The beds are super comfy, linens are so soft and rooms are clean. The creek is so relaxing and has fun wild life to watch and feed them. The hotel has exceptional staff they are sweet, courteous, and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had. Wonderful assortment and fresh made foods. They have homemade cookies for you in the afternoon. 

Wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast and 7pm popcorn, tea and cookies. The staff is by far the best people I have ever come across in any of my vacations. They are so pleasant and helpful. They will go out of thier way to make sure you are welcomed and valued. Dont miss out on this gem, you will not be disappointed.

This place was fantastic! Everything was clean, which is necessary, but they go above and beyond with the atmosphere here! It feels homey; fireplace in the lobby with comfortable chairs and couches, a basket of blankets, a kiddie area with board games and toys, and popcorn and cookies are placed out every evening.
