Do you require a deposit?
Guests paying with cash or through a third party are required to leave a $100 deposit for incidentals upon check-in. Deposit will will be released upon check-out.
What is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is out by 11 am. If your room is ready before 4 pm you are more than welcome to check-in early but during the busy season (April through October) please understand that check-ins will most likely be exactly at 4 pm.
Are you pet friendly?
No.
Do you allow smoking?
No, however, you are more than welcome to smoke at one of our 3 designated smoking areas away from the hotel.
Do you offer a complimentary breakfast bar?
Yes, we serve our 24 item, hot and cold breakfast bar daily from 7 am to 10 am. The breakfast bar consists of scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, grits, muffins, toast, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 types of cereal, and a waffle station.
Do you have handicap friendly rooms and offer handicap amenities?
Yes, we have both river-side and parking-side handicap friendly rooms each featuring a single queen bed, raised toilets, and grab bars in the shower. We also offer a pool assistance lift, wheelchairs, shower chairs, toilet risers, TDD phones, and braille signs throughout the hotel.
Is The Inn On The River kid friendly?
Yes, we have many complimentary amenities for kids to enjoy. Pool tools, games, welcome bags and offer Kidfest events throughout the entire year.
Do you have a pool? If so, what are the hours it is open?
- Yes, both an indoor and outdoor pool with a family size hot tub.
- The indoor pool is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. The outdoor pool is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm during the winter months (Labor Day to Memorial Day) and 8 am to 11 pm during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Do we need to use our room towels for the pool?
No, we provide pool towels located in both the indoor and outdoor pool area.
Do you provide Internet Access?
We have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including the lobby, pool areas, picnic areas, conference room and guest rooms.
Do you have an on-site guest laundry room?
Yes, our on-site guest laundry is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you have balcony rooms?
Yes, The Inn On The River offers 128 beautiful newly decorated rooms, half featuring either a private balcony or a patio on the river.
Do you have an on-site gym?
No, however, we are within walking distance to the Pigeon Forge Community Center www.cityofpigeonforge.com/community-center.aspx which features a state of the art gym.
Do you offer room service?
Not at this time, however, we do sell a variety of gift baskets, some include food.
Is there a charge for long distance phone calls?
No, all local or long distance calls are free of charge.
Is your hotel located near a trolley stop?
Yes, we have a trolley stop located right in front of our hotel that runs approximately every 15 minutes. Visit www.cityofpigeonforge.com/routes-and-schedules.aspx for trolley times and other information.
