Read Our Pigeon Forge Hotel Reviews
In fall of 2018 I visited The Inn On The River on an exploratory mission as I helped plan our first family reunion in 8 years. I also spoke to Barbie Perillo, the group manager many times and e-mails flew back and forth in the intervening months. Fast forward to July 2019 and our gathering at The Inn. A five star rating hardly does this place justice. Now only is it a well situated, on the river, location to attractions, eating, etc. but the additional stars (if I could add more) goes to the cleanliness, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The ability to provide a meal every evening that we prepared, keeping us out of traffic and eatery lines, served us beyond well. Everything we needed – down to scotch tape and scissors, string and hanging of a piñata, they accommodated us with a smile on their face. Never once did we encounter one staff member that wasn’t smiling and who didn’t ask how we were doing, did we need anything. This is a locally owned hotel and you can tell that they go to great lengths to not only keep the property in great shape but to keep the clients happy. Heartfelt thanks from all 17 (that’s all of us) of the Wagner family that attended this reunion…you went beyond expectations in making this a trip one we will never forget! We WILL be back!
