5 stars - “Very clean, Very accommodating.”,

"After leaving another hotel down the road because of cleanliness issues, we selected this great inn. The staff was happy to show us a room prior to checking us in, and they obviously take pride in providing great service. (Even the remote was sanitized and wrapped in plastic.) The room passed my wife's, a nurse, inspection and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this inn to anyone."

"We stayed here for one night, it was at about the half way point for our trip to Univ. Of Alabama from Maryland. We have a family of four, including two teens and were very happy with the "junior suite". Our 16 year old had a good night on the sleeper sofa, while the 18 year old appreciated the queen bed to himself. We had a river view and little patio with two chairs. It was a surprisingly peaceful view in a busy town. When I booked I think I was told I got the last room, so it there were lots of people around, but it was very quiet in our room. The bathroom was well designed and came with a very nice selection of Bath & Body Works items. Nicer than the typical hotel offerings. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of pillows, sheets/blankets. Sometimes rooms with sleeper sofas haven't provided enough bedding for its use, I appreciated not having to wait on additional bedding to be delivered. All of the staff I spoke with was super friendly. I was worried I wouldn't find seating for breakfast with a full hotel, but I easily found a table for four. Many folks were enjoying breakfast outside under an awning- nice touch. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, coffee, tea and selection of juices, including cranberry. Only thing I missed having was some bacon. There were also breads and cereals. We loved the location. The main street in Pigeon Forge gets incredibly busy, so once we arrived we were hoping to find dinner and entertainment within walking distance. We ended up having a super night at MagiQuest (We weren't familiar with this activity, but took a chance due to high ratings on TA. We were so happy we went!). MagiQuest is right across the street from the hotel. Right next door to that is a terrific pizza place called The Mellow Mushroom. Our short stay could not have gone better. On our way out the next day we enjoyed a ride on The Alpine Slide, also quite close. Finally on check out I received a coupon to be applied to our next stay, another nice touch. As our family starts the process of long drives to/from college, it is nice to have discovered such a great place to break up our trip."

"The quality of this hotel was far above what we paid. We paid a wonderful price and got an amazing experience. This hotel looks nice on the outside but blows you away as soon as you enter. A spacious registration area develops into a common room with a fireplace and comfortable seating. There is water and tea daily to quench your thirst once you come in from the hot summer sun. Popcorn is served nightly for a treat. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are top notch. If you're looking to get some fresh air the hotel provides a lengthy porch with rocking chairs and other seating that face the beautiful babbling river. Our room was spacious, extremely clean and tidy. About 30 minutes after we checked in the front desk called our room to make sure everything was to our liking. This hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and will definitely be returning."
