Here are 4 exciting new Pigeon Forge attractions, shops, and restaurants coming in 2020:

1. REI

If you are a fan of outdoor adventure shops, you will be happy to know REI is opening a Pigeon Forge location in the spring. The new 21,500-square-foot store will be in the Tower Shops at the Mountain Mile complex and will be designed as a gateway to outdoor adventures in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. While exploring the store, you will find outdoor gear, rentals, and other merchandise for hiking, backpacking, and biking. REI will also offer workshops, classes, and guided day trips to connect you to the mountains!

2. Double Decker Bus Tours

Another one of the exciting new Pigeon Forge attractions is Double Decker Bus Tours, which features authentic two level buses from the UK where the driver sits on the right hand side! This mobile attraction not only provides convenient transportation service throughout Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but narrated commentary from professional tour guides. There are already 2 double deckers running with 14 stops but up to 3 more buses will be added by spring 2020 with many more stops! Double Decker Bus Tours will also be adding specialty tours in spring 2020, such as Cades Cove, Moonshine and Wine, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, and more!

3. Buzzed Bull Creamery

When it comes to new restaurants in Pigeon Forge, you can look forward to the opening of the Buzzed Bull Creamery in 2020! In fact, they are ready to open their doors any day now so you can experience the extra smooth ice creams and milkshakes created with the power of liquid nitrogen! Adults will be able to enjoy alcohol infused ice cream with a choice of more than 30 flavors, but non-alcoholic options will also be available so it is fun for family members of all ages! The Buzzed Bull Creamery in Pigeon Forge will be located at 3239 Parkway.

4. Pigeon Forge Axe House

The Pigeon Forge Axe House is a thrilling new attraction opening this spring where you can participate in axe throwing right on the Pigeon Forge Parkway! This is a unique opportunity to learn how to safely throw axes with professionals who will coach you through the experience. Bring the entire family along for the adventure and get ready to bring out your inner lumberjack! The Pigeon Forge Ace House will be located at 2850 Parkway, which is only about 1 mile away from our hotel!
